In order to create a form on the main page, you need to go to Design -> Forms. **
1. Click on “Add Form” in the upper right corner.**

1 TAB - GENERAL
Block title:* - This field is required, specify the title in any language (it will not be displayed).
Block title - Optional field, indicate the title of the title in all languages of the site (will be displayed).
Form name:* - This field is required, indicate the name of the form in any language (it will not be displayed).
Form name - This is an optional field; we indicate the name of the form in all languages of the site (will be displayed).
Description:* - This field is required, we indicate the description of the form in any language (will not be displayed).
Description - This is an optional field; we indicate the description of the form in all languages of the site (will be displayed).
Background Image - Will be displayed in the background. Recommendation - upload a simple image, without a lot of details (gradient or blurred photo)
Active - responsible for display on the site
Send button text:* - Button text
Send in bitrix - send a form to Bitrix

2 TAB - FORM FIELDS (form fields)
Name:* - This field is required, indicate the field name in any language (will not be displayed).
Name - Specify the name of the field in all languages of the site
Alt text:* Field required, specify the text from the field in any language (will not be displayed).
Alt text - Specify the text in the field itself in all languages of the site
Field type:
Text - for name
Mail - field to check the correct entry of the mail number
Number - only numbers can be entered
Phone - field to check whether the phone number is entered correctly
Text area - for comments
Checkbox - for ticks
3 TAB - FORM POSITIONS
Default position:* - Home page or product page.
Key class - Here you can specify the class of the block before or after which the form will be displayed (each block on the site has its own class, for help determining the class, contact the manager)
Key class number:* - if there are several such blocks (example: product sliders), indicate the number of the slider before or after which the form will be displayed)
Position:
- Inside (to display in block format on the main page)
- Before (before key class)
- After (after the key class)
Display Type:
- Render (static)
- Pop-up window
Active - is responsible for displaying exactly this position of the form
Name of the button to open the pop-up window - Name of the button
