To add news to the site, you must go through the following steps:
- Find in the admin module "Site News"
- Click the button "+Add Site News"
- 4 tabs appear for filling with data:
First tab - "General":
- Date of creation - date of creation and publication of the news; will be displayed on the site along with the name
- Checkbox "Show on main page" - choice to display news on the main page; if the checkbox is checked, the news will appear on the main page; if the checkbox is not checked, the news will appear only on the Blog page
- News status - select the status from the list: New or Popular; depending on the status, news will be grouped on the main page
- Headline - the title of the news is indicated in all languages of the site
- Title color (light theme) - specifies the color for the title that will be displayed on the news page in the light theme
- Title color (dark theme) - specifies the color for the title that will be displayed on the news page in the dark theme (if enabled)
- Title size - indicates the font size for the title that will be displayed on the news page
- Short description - a short description that will be displayed below the title on the main page
- News content - main news content: text, image, video, tables, etc.
- Hashtags - additional tags that are added to the news
- Queue - indicates the number/number under which the news will be displayed on the Blog page and on the main page
- Link - URL of the news page (filled in automatically from the name of the news itself) in all languages of the site
Second tab - "Image":
- Main image - the image that will be displayed on the page of the news itself at the very top; for all site languages
- Blog image - image of the news that will be displayed on the Blog page and on the main page; for all site languages
Third tab - "Slider settings":
- Promo slider - the ability to display a slider with products from certain promotions on the news page; selected from the list
- Slider - the ability to display an additional slider with products on the news page that is also on the main page; selected from the list
Fourth tab - "SEO":
- SEO Description - fields for SEO Description, for news promotion; in all site languages
- Meta title - fields for SEO title, for news promotion; in all site languages
