FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) is a section that helps customers quickly find answers without contacting support.
Creating FAQ
Go to Content → FAQ to manage questions and answers.
Adding a question
- Click Add Question
- Enter a question - formulate on behalf of the buyer
- Write your answer - clearly and briefly
- Select a category (if using grouping)
- Set the display order
- Save

- “How to place an order?”
- “What delivery methods are available?”
- “How to return the goods?”
- “How much does delivery cost?”
- “How can I track my order?”
Grouping questions
Organize questions by category:
- Orders - registration, tracking, cancellation
- Delivery - methods, terms, cost
- Payment - methods, security, returns
- Products - availability, warranty, characteristics
- Account – registration, password, personal account
Display on the site
The FAQ is displayed in an accordion format - the buyer sees a list of questions and expands the answer they need to view.
