FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) is a section that helps customers quickly find answers without contacting support.

Creating FAQ

Go to Content → FAQ to manage questions and answers.

Adding a question

  1. Click Add Question
  2. Enter a question - formulate on behalf of the buyer
  3. Write your answer - clearly and briefly
  4. Select a category (if using grouping)
  5. Set the display order
  6. Save

Examples of good questions

  • “How to place an order?”
  • “What delivery methods are available?”
  • “How to return the goods?”
  • “How much does delivery cost?”
  • “How can I track my order?”

Grouping questions

Organize questions by category:

  • Orders - registration, tracking, cancellation
  • Delivery - methods, terms, cost
  • Payment - methods, security, returns
  • Products - availability, warranty, characteristics
  • Account – registration, password, personal account

Display on the site

The FAQ is displayed in an accordion format - the buyer sees a list of questions and expands the answer they need to view.
