MAIB (Moldova Agroindbank) is the main bank for Internet acquiring in Moldova. The connection allows you to accept online payments with Visa and Mastercard.
Connection requirements
- Legal entity or individual entrepreneur in Moldova
- Current account in MAIB
- Internet acquiring agreement with the bank
- Valid SSL certificate on the site (HTTPS)
Connection steps
Phase 1: Test Environment
- Contact MAIB for test data
- In the control panel, go to Integrations → MAIB
- Enter test parameters:
- Terminal ID
- Merchant URL
- Encryption key
- Conduct test transactions
Step 2: Check requirements
MAIB checks your site for compliance with the following requirements:
- Availability of contact information
- Description of goods and services
- Return Policy
- Delivery terms
- Privacy Policy
- Correct operation of the payment form
Stage 3: Production
After successful verification, the bank issues combat details:
- Replace test data with combat data in the integration settings
- Conduct a real test transaction
- Make sure the money is credited to your account

In the Integrations → MAIB section, fill in:
- Terminal ID — terminal identifier from the bank
- Return URL — page after successful payment
- Error URL — page for payment error
- Mode - test or combat
Returns
Returns through MAIB can be made from the order control panel or through MAIB online banking.
