Delivery settings determine how customers receive orders. In ecom.md you can configure several delivery types.
Delivery types
Delivery by courier
The order is delivered by courier to the specified address.
- Specify delivery zones (city, region, whole country)
- Set the cost for each zone
- Set the free shipping threshold
Pickup
The buyer picks up the order from your store or pickup point.
- Indicate the addresses of pick-up points
- Set a work schedule
- The cost is usually free
Postal delivery
Sending an order via postal service.
- Connect integration with NovaPoshta, FanCourier or other carrier
- The cost is calculated automatically according to the carrier’s tariffs
Setting up shipping costs
Go to Site Settings → Cart → Shipping Cost and set:
- Fixed price - one price for all orders
- By region - different prices for Chisinau, suburbs and regions
- By weight or order amount - cost depends on order parameters
- Free delivery - when ordering over a certain amount
Delivery categories
For heavy or oversized items, create separate shipping categories with increased costs. Link products to the desired category in the product card.

- FanCourier – delivery throughout Romania
- SameDay — express delivery
