Connecting AmoCRM integration

To connect AmoCRM, you must first implement the settings at the Amo level, after which you add the received data to the ECOM admin.

What settings are required on the AmoCRM side?

  1. Open the module "amoMarket"
  2. Select 3 dots (...) in the upper right corner and there the button ā€œ+ Create integrationā€
  3. Select the option "External integration"

  4. Specify the link https://admin.ecom.md in the fields "Link for redirect" and "Link for disconnect hook"

  5. Select "Grant access: All"

  6. Add a title and description for the integration
  7. Save data
  8. Refresh the page and open the ā€œInstalledā€ tab
  9. Below we find the created integration with the status ā€œDisabledā€ and open it
  10. Go to the "Keys and Access" tab and generate the "Long-term token" key

  11. When generating, select the maximum expiration date (in 5 years)

  12. Copy and save the received token separately

  13. Close all windows here and go to the "Transactions" module
  14. Select a funnel where we want all applications from the site to go (if there is no separate funnel, you can create one, or applications from the site will be together with the rest)
  15. The link must contain one code of numbers (example: pipeline/leads/8606558) - copy it; this is "Pipeline ID"
  16. If this code is not there, click on the ā€œSet up funnelā€ button and this code will appear in the link

At this point, all settings at the AmoCRM level are completed. Now you need to add the received data to the ECOM admin to connect.

Steps to connect AmoCRM to ECOM admin:

  1. Open the admin and find the module "Integrations with AmoCRM" in the Integrations group
  2. Open and click "+ Add Integration with AmoCRM"
  3. Leave the "Send orders after creation" checkbox so that orders are automatically sent to Amo; if you remove it, you will then need to manually send the necessary orders separately from the admin to Amo
  4. Check the "Active" checkbox so that the integration will be active after saving
  5. Add the resulting "Long-term token" to the "Integration token" field
  6. In the "Integration link" field, indicate the link to our account in Amo: example -> https://domain.amocrm.ru/
  7. In the field "Main Pipeline ID" indicate the code "Pipeline ID"
  8. Don't insert a checkbox for "Scanning additional Amo data" so that the system can pull up all the fields that are in Amo for further configuration
  9. Select the language in which the data will be received

  10. Save the data below

Now, all applications from the site will be sent to Amo.

In the "Field Mappings" tab, you can implement additional settings to connect those fields that are in Amo with those that are in the ECOM system.
