Connecting delivery on the website through NovaPoshta is carried out in several stages:
- settings in the NovaPoshta account
- getting an API key
- settings in the ECOM admin
Settings in the NovaPoshta account:
- connect to your NovaPoshta personal account using your login and password: https://new.novaposhta.md/auth/tabs/login
- go to the Settings page (Setari): https://new.novaposhta.md/cabinet/settings
- add Contact/s: First Name Last Name and phone number of the person responsible (if not already filled in)
- add the address from where the NovaPoshta courier will receive the goods for delivery
if there are more addresses, all addresses are added
changes are saved on the page below
Getting API key:
The API key can be obtained from the NovaPoshta manager. This key must be given to the ECOM representative/manager along with the login and password for the NovaPoshta account.
Settings in ECOM admin: for final connection
- find in the admin module NovaPosta Delivery Integrations
- add a new integration using the "+ Add NovaPosta Delivery Integration" button
- add the received API key
- add login and password
- check the "Active" checkbox to activate the integration
- add the contacts of the person in charge: First name Last name and phone number
- select Mode : Live
select "Delivery type" from the list:
Warehouse - Warehouse
Post Machine - Parcel machine
- Curier - Courier
leave the "Integration Data" field empty
save the change on the page
If all settings are added correctly, the "Integration Data" field is automatically filled in with all addresses and their IDs from the NovaPoshta account.
