Connecting integration with Bitrix24

To connect Bitrix24, you must first implement the settings at the Bitrix24 level, after which you add the received data to the ECOM admin.

What settings are required on the Bitrix24 side?

1. Open the module "Application and select " -> "Developers "

2. Select the module "Import/export data"

3. Select the option "Other"

4. Copy and save the link that we receive in the field "Webhook for calling rest api"*

5. Save the data below

At this point, all settings at the Bitrix24 level are completed. Now you need to add the received data to the ECOM admin to connect.

Steps to connect Bitrix24 to ECOM admin:

1. Open the admin and find the module “Integrations with Bitrix” in the Integrations group
2. Open and click “+ Add Integration with Bitrix”
3. Leave the “Send orders after creation” checkbox so that orders are automatically sent to Bitrix; if you remove it, you will then need to manually send the necessary orders separately from the admin to Bitrix
4. Check the "Active" checkbox so that the integration will be active after saving
5. Add the resulting link (Webhook) to the field "Add link to Lead Webhook"*

6. Save the data below

Now, all requests from the site will be sent to Bitrix24.
