Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions from users of the ecom.md platform.

Store management

How to change the logo?

Go to Site Settings → Global Settings and upload a new logo in the appropriate field. The recommended format is PNG with a transparent background.

How to change the contact phone number on the website?

In Site Settings → Global Settings update the Contact Phone field. The changes will be applied after clearing the cache.

How to clear the site cache?

In the top control panel, click the Clear Cache button or select a specific cache group to clear.

Products

How to bulk update prices?

Use import/export via Excel: export products, update prices in the table and import back.

How to hide a product without deleting it?

In the product card, change the status to “Inactive”. The product will remain in the database, but will not be displayed on the site.

Why is the product not displayed on the site?

Check: product status (must be “Active”), availability in the warehouse, link to category, correct price. After changes, clear the cache.

Orders

How to cancel an order?

Open the order and change the status to “Canceled”. Please indicate the reason for cancellation. If the payment was made online, make a refund through the payment system.

How to change the contents of an order?

In the order card, edit the list of products: add, remove or change the quantity.

Technical issues

The site is slow, what should I do?

  1. Clear cache in Control Panel
  2. Optimize your images (reduce file size)
  3. Check if there are too heavy blocks on the main page
  4. Contact support if the problem persists

How to connect your domain?

Contact support indicating the desired domain. You will be given DNS records to configure.
