When you enable the Product Reviews functionality on the site, a module appears in the admin for monitoring these reviews.
A user on the site adds a review for a specific product, but it is not immediately displayed on the site itself, but ends up in the admin in the “Product reviews on the site” module.
This page will contain the entire list of existing reviews, active and inactive on the site.
When you click on the user name, the review page opens with all the data:
- Product : for which product the review was added
- Name : name of the user who left the review
- Mail : email of the user who left the review
- Review : review text
- Active: a checkmark that allows you to display or hide the review on the site
- Like : number of users who “Like” this review on the site
- Dislikes: number of users who “Disliked” this review on the site
- Rating : number of stars given by the user for the review
- Hide Name: functionality that hides the name of the user who left the review
- Date created : the date this review was submitted
All fields (except Creation Date) can be changed.
