"Calendar" function in orders

The Calendar feature allows customers to select a delivery date and time at checkout. This is useful for stores with scheduled delivery.

When you need a calendar

  • Delivery of flowers and gifts by a certain date
  • Food delivery on schedule
  • Large items with appointment time
  • Services with appointment

Calendar settings

Go to Site Settings → Cart → Calendar Function.

Basic parameters

  • Enable/Disable—activate the function for the cart
  • Required field – you can make date selection mandatory
  • Minimum period – after how many days the first date is available (for example, after 1 day)
  • Available days of the week - exclude non-working days

Time slots

Configure available delivery intervals:

  • Morning (9:00–12:00)
  • Day (12:00–17:00)
  • Evening (17:00–21:00)

Or set your own intervals.

Limitations

  • Maximum number of orders per slot
  • Blocking certain dates (holidays, weekends)
  • Different slots for different delivery zones

What does it look like for the buyer

When placing an order, the buyer sees:

  1. Calendar with available dates
  2. After selecting a date - available time slots
  3. The selected date and time are shown in the order confirmation

The administrator sees the selected date and time in the order card.
