In addition to standard orders, ecom.md receives applications through feedback forms and applications for purchases on credit.
Applications from the site
The section Orders and clients → Applications from the site collects requests from:
- Feedback forms (“Call me back”)
- “Ask a Question” forms on the product page
- Applications for goods to order
- Requests for wholesale prices
Application processing
For each application you see:
- Buyer's name and contact
- Text of the appeal
- The page from which the application was sent
- Date and time
It is recommended to process applications within 1-2 hours for maximum conversion.
Loan applications
If integration with a credit partner is enabled (for example, Iute Credit), buyers can make a purchase in installments.
How loan applications work
- The buyer selects the product and payment method “On credit”
- Fills out the loan application form
- The application is sent to the credit company
- The credit company makes a decision
- If approved, the order is placed
View loan applications
In the section Orders and clients → Credit applications the following is displayed:
- Buyer details
- Loan amount
- Application status (under consideration, approved, rejected)
- Linked order
